Phase 6 A Block Commercial area is near to DHA Main office. Which has the cutting of 4 Marla, it also has the cutting of 8 Marla. There is a reserved area of 63 Kanal for a shopping mall. So this area will be a great commercial hub in times to come. At this time the prices are lower but this will be a great gain in times to come.
Next is main Boulevard of phase 6 which is currently a non possession area. Its possession is expected in 18 months. It means that it will give you high returns. 1 disadvantage is that this area does not have enough parking space available as compared to other commercial areas. And these plots will give you a return of 15 to 20 Million in years to come.
Next area is 8 Marla Main Boulevard this area is still under priced and we have seen 10-13% rise in this area in the past but this area still has a flexibility. It is almost 20 Million underpriced after the developments in S Block and P Block it will surely increase.
The last highly payable area in phase 6 is its residential area blocks E, F, L and N. If you can’t invest in upper mentioned areas you can buy area in E Block extension which will give you short returns but there are also other options in the market like 9 Town.
