The complete house is constructed under my direct supervision for myself. Selling due to some domestic reasons.
All the materials used in the construction was top of the line and self selected.
Foundation
1- 7 feet Excavation of complete plot , then Plot was levelled and compacted with 16Ton Bulldozer
2- Piles up to 13 feet after excavation (total depth of foundation is up to 20 feet with Piles)
3- 6/8” steel rods used in the foundation
4- After Piles, platform of 5 x 5 x 1.5 feet was laid on each pile and all these plate forms were tied through raft of 3 x 1.5 feet
5- From the front additional excavation of 8feet was done due to moist soil and this was filled with Good quality Gravel.
6- Then walls till Foundation beam. 18” ( 3 bricks wall). 13” ( 2 bricks). 9” till Foundation beam
7- Foundation Beam of (9” x 1.5 feet) was laid. With 6/8” steel
Outer walls of First floor are of 18” thick with 2” Thermopol Sheets, making it Energy efficient.
Windows.
UPVC Double Glazed Windows with Georgian Bars. Giving European Look to the House
Front Lawn
Imported grass of high quality was sown in Front lawn. With Expensive plants.
Paint
Jotun Silk washable Paint on all interior walls. (The most expensive One)
The Transfer of the plot will be from DHA Office
