The successful bidder has to make full and final payment with mutual agreement in the shape of Bank Draft J Pay Order before signing of deed at the concerned registrar Land Revenue Office Faisalabad Campus. . failing which the deposited amount will be
Forfeited and the property wilt either be sold a fresh by tender or the next highest bidder will be given option to match their offer.
The amount will stand forfeited in case the successful bidder fails to deposit be bid amount within the stipulated time period.
The intending bidder may examine and obtain information in respect of the land mentioned above from Johit Director-Faisalabad
