ABOUT DHA QUETTA

DHA Quetta will be the first-ever project by Defence Housing Authority in this city. In terms of area, Balochistan is Pakistan’s largest province and having a DHA-managed project in its capital city promises a secure future for residents and a lucrative opportunity for investors. As of now, two phases of this scheme, phase 3 and 4, have been marked on Google maps, and more phases and commercial zones are expected to be introduced. “We are keen to provide better residential, educational and business facilities to people belonging to all walks of life,” said Administrator DHA Quetta Brigadier Muhammad Javed Iqbal, while giving a detailed presentation at an introductory event for this housing scheme. Architects and designers have been asked to send in designs for the main gateway of the housing society. Once a design is finalized, the land work for DHA Quetta’s main entrance will begin.

A facilitation office will be opened to offer the latest information on verification, transfers, and to take care of the documentation requirements of buyers interested in DHA Quetta.
