ABOUT EIGHTEEN ISLAMABAD
Eighteen Islamabad is a top-notch housing project in the capital of Pakistan that aims to offer a grand lifestyle to its residents, complete with modern amenities. Launched in December 2017, this real estate venture has the approval of Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) and Capital Development Authority (CDA). The main investors of the project are ORA Developers, an Egypt-based company, and Saif Group. Kohistan Builders and developers with Saif Group will oversee the construction of Eighteen Islamabad.
It is found on Kashmir Highway. Residents of the community will have easy access to Islamabad International Airport, Islamabad-Lahore Motorway, the city’s downtown as well as Rawalpindi via GT Road and Kashmir Highway. Though this project is situated on the outskirts of the city, it will feature a wide variety of amenities to ensure the comfort of residents.
Planning and Development
Developers have planned to complete Eighteen Islamabad in two phases. In the first phase, residential units will be completed, within a span of three and a half years; in the second, commercial units will be constructed.
An international architectural firm, Calisson RTKL, crafted the master plan of the project, which was further developed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG), another architectural firm. According to the project plan, all of the residential units will provide beautiful views of an 18-hole golf course.
Eighteen Islamabad is spread over 572 acres of land that will feature luxurious villas of ½, 1, 2, 4 and 8 kanal, apartments and commercial units. As of February 2019, there are around 1068 villas and 900 apartments for sale in the project.
Furthermore, Eighteen Islamabad will have a separate business district that will host offices, an 18-hole golf course and a shopping mall.
