At the moment, 35% of piling works have been completed. Due to the fact that this work requires solid, ready sides, the process will speed up once construction work on the drain is completed. Currently, only one pile driver is being used at the site but once the work on the relocation of the drain is completed and the site is fully secured, another pile driver will be installed. This will double the number of bores done in a day to expedite piling work. Freshly excavated land is challenging for construction as it is unstable and has a tendency to collapse due to the absence of lateral counter-pressure and exposure to moisture makes the condition worse. However, if not hampered by the aforementioned challenges, the piling works are expected to be completed within the next three months or even sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many excavators are working day and night on the project\u2019s site in multiple phases to get done with debris removal and the excavation process as quickly as possible.
