Sui Southern Gas Company is a Public Listed large-Scale Company (LSC) that is responsible for the transmission and distribution of natural gas to the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan. Through a distribution network of 44,761 kilometres, the company sells natural gas to about 2.8 million consumers in more than 1,200 towns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides the transmission of natural gas, the company also owns and operates the country\u2019s only gas meter manufacturing plant that has the capacity to produce 356,000 gas meters annually. The company also provides the service of installation of high pressure and low-pressure distribution systems. The majority shares of SSGC are owned directly or indirectly by the Government of Pakistan which also appoints the Managing Director (MD) \/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SNGPL is currently catering to consumers in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Kashmir through an extensive transmission system of 9,143.75 kilometres (main lines and loop lines).
