For the very first time in history, it will also allow users to capture their fingerprints through mobile phone cameras and get them updated in the NADRA database.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While inaugurating the app, Tariq Malik said that the innovation would revolutionise the National Identity Eco-System in Pakistan by providing convenience to the public. According to the communiqu\u00e9, this was a leap forward putting an end to the conventional method of using specialised equipment or physical paper for processing ID documents in NADRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"How-to-Download-Pak-ID-App-on-your-Phone\">How to Download Pak-ID Mobile App?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The mobile application for the Pak-Identity digital platform is available for two leading operating systems: Android and iOS. As per the details shared by NADRA in the tweeted video, here\u2019s how to use Pak-ID mobile app to update your CNIC record and other information to your identity in the national database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First thing first, you need to create an account on the Pak-Identity website if you don\u2019t have one.<\/li><li>To register yourself, you\u2019ll need to provide some basic information including your name, email address, phone number, etc. Once your email address is registered with NADRA, you will have to verify your account by entering a code you\u2019ll get via email or SMS to complete the sign-up process.
