In October of the same year, development charges were also announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first selling point of Defence Phase 9 Prism is its prime location which is right next to Askari XI, at one of the exits of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/ring-road-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lahore Ring Road<\/a>. Right next to it is the more densely populated and properly planned <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/phase-4-dha-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\">DHA Phase 4<\/a> and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/phase-5-dha-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\">Phase 5<\/a> which leads on towards Phases 3, 2, and 1. On the other side are <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/phase-6-dha-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\">Phase 6<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/phase-7-dha-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Phase 7<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/area-guides\/phase-8-dha-lahore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Phase 8<\/a> which is considered new defence; a posh area housing Education City and a host of entertainment avenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ever since the ballot and announcement of development charges, construction activities inside the locality have been fast progressing. All of the main roads and streets have been constructed and paved, whereas water filtration plants, parks and other open spaces have been properly established as well. It is worth mentioning here that DHA Phase 9 Prism has seen rapid construction and development; all of which have been under the proposed and promised timeline of the developers. This is one of the reasons why people are interested in investing here and the market prices of these plots continue to increase in value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The map of this phase was also unveiled in 2015. On offer are residential plots of 5, and 10 marla plots as well as 1, and 2 kanal plots. Additionally, commercial plots of 4 and 8 marla are available. However, it is worth noting that possession is not yet available and will be granted by the middle of the next year 2022 in the first four blocks: A, B, C, and D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"phase-7\"><strong>DHA Phase 7<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lahore DHA Phase 7 is situated behind the densely populated and greatly revered Phase 6. Initially when it was launched, it was considered to be a bit farther away. However, rapid infrastructural development during the last 4 years has completely changed how people property here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, investors were drawn to this phase because of the lower prices and varied plot sizes, however, in the past 2 years prices have gradually climbed up. On offer here are plots of 5, and 10 marla as well as 1 and 2 kanal. In commercial properties, buyers have the option of investing in either 2 , 4, or 8 marla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for development, this phase is complete and offers possession. As more than 10% of the plots have been converted into residential units by the residents, all utility connections, especially gas, have been installed. Moreover, there are dedicated green spaces such as parks and green belts which have an adequate plantation and recreational activities for the kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DHA Phase 7 has an interconnected network of well-built roads that are only a few minutes\u2019 away from Lahore Ring Road. For residents, this means that they are always only a few minutes away from all the best things and commercial avenues that this city offers. The initial sectors that were launched have plots of sizes 1, and 2 kanal whereas now in newer blocks, especially Block Y, smaller plot sizes of 5, 8, and 10 marla are also available. These new cuttings have been introduced as the developers have realized that there is greater demand for smaller size plots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DHA Phase 8 sits right opposite the Allama Iqbal International Airport and is separated by Lahore Ring Road. This phase has a dedicated commercial space and some of the best cafes and restaurants in the city.
