How Does the Program Provide Affordable Homes for Deserving Families?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program plans to construct 100,000 houses across six cities in Punjab: Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, and Sargodha. These houses will be offered at subsidized rates to financially struggling families. The primary goal is to provide these families with comfortable and affordable housing options near urban centers, making it easier for them to access amenities and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are the Eligibility Criteria and Payment Plans for Apni Chhat Apna Ghar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program prioritizes families with a monthly income below PKR 50,000, those currently living in rented accommodations, and those below the poverty line. Individuals who already own a home are not eligible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The applicant must be the head of their family according to NADRA records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab, as shown on their CNIC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The applicant must own a plot of land up to 5 Marlas in urban areas or up to 10 Marlas in rural areas in Punjab, where they plan to build their home, as of the date of their online application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The applicant should have no criminal record, including serious crimes or activities against the state or society.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The applicant must not owe money to any financial institution or bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The applicant must be registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) with a household PMT score of 60 or less.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Which Cities are Targeted for the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The scheme will start in major cities of Punjab, with construction beginning soon. The initial phase focuses on six major cities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
