It caters to Lahore\u2019s ever-expanding housing demands in an affordable way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fitting location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project is located along GT Road, opposite Bata Factory in Bata Pur. It is located quite close to DHA Lahore, and since Lahore Ring Road is just 5 kilometres away, the rest of the city is easily accessible as well.<\/p>\n<h2>Wide options in residential plots<\/h2>\n<p>The plot sizes starts from 3 marla and go up to 1 kanal. In Blocks A, B and C, possession of plots is available and development work is almost complete. Roads have been constructed and a sewerage system is in place. Moreover, electricity is also available.<\/p>\n<p>In these areas, houses have already been constructed on roughly 70% of the plots. There is a water-filtration plant that ensures the supply of clean water for residents. However, gas isn\u2019t available yet.<\/p>\n<p>In rest of the blocks, development work is ongoing so that possession can be given there as well.<\/p>\n<h2>Upward trend in prices<\/h2>\n<p>Despite a relative slowdown in the overall real estate market, in the past six months, prices here have gone up steadily. This is because there is genuine demand for plots and plot owners are quickly constructing their homes. Another reason is the fact that the developer has provided possession in a timely manner, increasing investor confidence in this project.<\/p>\n<h2>Where will prices go?<\/h2>\n<p>The upward trend in prices is expected to continue in coming months. The population of the society will continuously rise as possession is being given in more and more areas. Thus, it is a lucrative option for investors. A future development that will further help the residents is the completion of Orange Line Metro Train, whose last station at Dera Gujran is just 5 kilometres away from Bismillah Housing Society. Overall, the development has all the right ingredients needed to attract genuine buyers.
