Servants Housing<\/li>\n<li>Satiana Road<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wapda City<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This society has occupied the top rank in October and retained this position throughout the last year. Wapda City is located on Canal Road near Gatwala and it features Blocks A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, and M. It is a project of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) and is located on Sargodha Road near the Lahore-Faisalabad Motorway. According to Muhammad Shehzad of Advice Estate, FDA City is 85% developed, with possession being granted for the developed plots. It has blocks A (A-1 \u2013A-7), B (B-1 \u2013 B-4,) C (C-1 \u2013 C-6), D (D-1 \u2013 D-6), E (E-1- E-6) and F (F-1 \u2013F-7). Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme was launched five years ago and is located on Satiana Road. According to Sardar, 70% of this society\u2019s area\u00a0 is developed, with possession available for this part. The society doesn\u2019t have connections available for electricity at the moment but work is in progress and Sardar expects some positive development on it in a few months. Many established housing societies such as Citi Housing, Sitara Diamond City, Tech Town, Sitara Gold City, and Blossom Avenue are already located here, while many developers are also eyeing the agricultural land here to launch their own projects, Qasim told us.
