She further added that the houses can be bought on easy instalments that can be spread over twenty years. The loans are planned through House Building Finance Company, which is a trusted partner of Safia Homes.<\/p>\n
The project is fully equipped with all amenities needed for a good lifestyle. Each sector has a park, and all houses are designed keeping in view that they are park-facing. This adds to the overall ambiance, adding value to these housing units.<\/p>\n
Emma added that all complexes have electricity and gas supply, water supply, water treatment plants, sewerage systems, and solid waste management systems. Apart from this, schools from renowned NGOs such as The Citizens Foundation and Rana Welfare are provided for within the complex. These measures ensure the building of a healthy community system amongst the residents.<\/p>\n
