The latter mostly occurs in cases where the owner of a property dies.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, what does the law actually say about the <\/span>transfer of property in Pakistan<\/span><\/a>? Let\u2019s discuss it in detail. <\/span><\/p>\n

To begin with, \u201cgift\u201d is associated with any property or land transfer during the owner\u2019s life. This type of property transfer is quite common in Pakistan, and it involves no complex procedures but immediate acceptance of the \u201cgift\u201d. Inheritance of property, on the other hand, involves the ultimate transfer of property\/land to the legal heirs (usually off-springs of the deceased person).
