Airport Security Force (ASF) City is a housing society which was relocated next to DHA City in Karachi, from its previous position of being close to Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway. The project\u2019s relocation has allowed it to garner even more attention as it is now relatively closer to the main city, allowing all residents quick access to all the best entertainment avenues and recreational facilities that the city is known for.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reason why more and more people seem interested in the project is because of its upscale construction and rapid development that has established it as a project worthy of investment and buying in. But recent developments have shown more. <\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s new?<\/b><\/p>\n

The ASF City has announced its ballot to be held on 14<\/span>th<\/span> August 2018. This will be the second ballot of its kind and will allocate plot numbers to all those who have paid 5-6 instalments for their plots since 2017, after the 2016 ballot. The 2016 ballot was held as soon as the project was launched, but the ballot for 14<\/span>th<\/span> August 2018 would be the one to formally give all relevant details to the owners of property here. <\/span><\/p>\n

This ballot is the biggest development here yet, and has assured all that the administration is on top of things in ensuring timely delivery of the project. <\/span><\/p>\n

Development & Possession<\/b><\/p>\n

The development here has picked up speed ever since the change in administration. The people also seem really confident with how the new authorities are proceeding with development activities and this is why primarily trading activity here has also increased in the recent months. However, with more news of balloting, scheduled for the 14<\/span>th<\/span> of August, there are prospects that things will be moving in the right direction, really soon. <\/span><\/p>\n

As per the last update, the details of balloting were to be announced by next year. However, with market activity increasing, the expected balloting has moved up ahead in months. This has further attracted genuine buyers, who remain primarily engaged in the market. <\/span><\/p>\n

To match this growing demand, the developers are working at twice the pace to complete the work. The main roads had already been completed, but now even the streets have been paved and procedures for providing utility connections have also already begun. <\/span><\/p>\n

Hammad Khatri has said that work on Phase 2 of the project has also started, and the 14<\/span>th<\/span> August ballot will formally launch this phase as well. Both phases are in the same area, having access to the same amenities and lifestyle. <\/span><\/p>\n

The ASF City has both commercial and residential property. The residential plots and houses are sized 135-, 250-, and 500-square yards, whereas details of commercial properties haven\u2019t been made public yet. Khatri adds that commercial plots will be allocated in this housing project, as is typical of any housing society. However, these haven\u2019t been launched yet.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ASF City is rising to prominence and it won\u2019t be long before it becomes known for its development strategies and administration that seems to be doing everything right and on time.
