The agents operating in DHA believe that the improvement in demand has been witnessed in form of a sudden rise registered for number of inquiries made by the interested buyers. Some believe that the process has already started off where Phase VI and Phase IX are doing particularly well.<\/p>\n

Since the real estate sector is intended to accommodate the end users, investors too like to pick the property type that interests a bigger number of buyers, whom we call the genuine buyers. From the data shared above, it is easier to tell that<\/p>\n

  • Limited availability of a certain plot size in a phase generates less demand<\/li>\n
  • Given the options in plot sizes, the 5-marla plots outshines its 10-marla counterparts<\/li>\n
  • The prime plot category, 1-kanal plots, has performed particularly well in established phases and not so much in the developing ones.<\/li>\n
  • Price appreciation rate recorded for plots in established phases is much higher than the same recorded for plots in phases that do not attract the end users yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    From the look of it, it appears that 5-marla plots in DHA IX Town have had their peak days, and maybe its time for their larger counterparts. Price appreciation is marginal yet steady for smaller plots in Phase VIII and Phase IX and not so much for 1-kanal plots but that could change for Phase VIII, especially for the developed blocks. 10-marla plots in Phase VIII also look good for experiencing further gain in rates.<\/p>\n
