According to The City Estate &amp; Construction CEO Syed Tariq Hussain, Saadi Town is one of the best options for genuine buyers in the Gadap area. Enjoying a fantastic location, it is completed developed with all the basic utilities and amenities available within the project. Banks and schools are available as well.<\/p>\n<p>Tariq felt that the best thing about the project was that things that have come to be considered typical of the more congested areas \u2013 pollution, traffic, security issues, political trouble \u2013 none of them are present here. One concern that people have had about Saadi Town was the flooding issue after heavy rain. However, Tariq explained that efforts have been made to resolve this. However, it is on resale now. According to Faizan Sami of New Bin Ghazi Property Dealer &amp; Contractor, the development has begun but it is going relatively slowly now. The boundary wall is complete and so are the walls. However, work on utilities is still being done.<\/p>\n<p>According to Time Estate CEO Aftab Khan, it is a society worth considering for investment, but when asked whether Incholi or Pakistan Merchant Navy Cooperative Housing Society (discussed below) is a better option, he felt if there are no budget constraints, Pakistan Merchant Navy Society is a better option. Khan explained that it is much better located and bigger society as compared to, for example, Incholi Housing. It is also located not far from the Motorway within the Scheme 33, this makes its location fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>Development is taking place there and boundary wall and roads are complete. Work on basic utilities is being done. Both Khan and Ghulam Muhammad of Aleem Associates agreed that investment is definitely worth considering there.
