Al-Noor Orchard is going to carry out its first balloting tomorrow, 1st<\/sup> September 2018 at 2 PM for plots located in Blocks A and B. This ballot is for 550 plots of 5 and 10 marlas. According to M. Aslam Pakistan from Roxland Real Estate Consultants, the prices will increase after this ballot. However, he\u2019s sceptical that the increase won\u2019t be that significant as the market is fairly stable at the moment, and with the high-quality construction in the project, prices are already relatively high. Aslam believes that the pace of development and the materials used in construction have enabled the prices to increase here.<\/p>\n
