The society spans 600 kanals and features residential plots in sizes of 3.5 marlas, 5 marlas, 7 marlas, 8 marlas, and 10 marlas.<\/p>\n

Approval status<\/strong><\/p>\n

Investing in unapproved housing projects is no longer considered a wise move. And finding one with all NOCs cleared is a major quest. But Palm City is covered on all ends; it has Lahore Development Authority\u2019s NOC (LDA\/DMP-II\/581). The authority has also sanctioned the developer, Paramount Associates, to proceed with selling out its inventory.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, Palm City also has approvals from Federal Board of Revenue, Revenue Department, Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Environment Protection Agency, and the Irrigation Department. While providers of utility services including Water and Sanitation Agency, Lahore Electric Supply Company, and Lahore Waste Management Company have also issued the needed approvals for Palm City.<\/p>\n
