This is also anticipated to create some waves in the market. But what\u2019s happening in Islamabad\u2019s Zone II right now? Let\u2019s find out!<\/p>\n

B-17<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is among the most happening housing societies of Zone II and it has its own clientele which is less likely to get tempted by offers made by other housing societies. Due to the brand name, many projects in its vicinity have also been considered great among investors and the end users.<\/p>\n

The latest from B-17 is that the developer has committed to grant property possession in Block F during the next four to six months. This news has picked up demand for plots in this block, but the appreciation in rates is not startling.<\/p>\n

In addition to that, the recent launch of Faisal Margalla Hills opposite Block C of B-17 has also brought along a new wave of buyers. The possession in this project, as announced by the developer, is also expected in the next 6 months. With more buyers heading to the sector, the next six months could make the situation conducive for investment in the short term.<\/p>\n

Shalimar Town<\/strong><\/p>\n

The developer announced possession of plots here around four months ago. Currently, the construction of commercial buildings is underway here, in addition to a rise in number of people applying to get approval for construction of their houses. This has in turn contributed to a rise in demand.<\/p>\n

The developer is currently reviewing the maps and applications of those interested to start the construction of their houses. As soon as the process is completed, the construction of many houses will kick off in Shalimar Town.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, when there is an improvement in market conditions when investors decide to start circulating their capital in the property sector, Shalimar Town will definitely be among the societies benefiting from it.<\/p>\n

Top City-1<\/strong><\/p>\n

The developer has granted possession in Blocks A, B, C, and D of TopCity-1. At the moment, many houses are under construction in these blocks. Despite the absence of active investors, property rates here are stable.<\/p>\n

The announcement of map approval for Blocks E, F, G and H is anticipated by the investors, but this has lingered on for a while now. The society has reportedly met the requirements of the Rawalpindi Development Authority for getting an NOC.<\/p>\n

As soon as the map for these blocks is approved, and the developer launches new bookings in the mentioned blocks, investment activity for TopCity-1 is expected to resume.<\/p>\n

Faisal Town<\/strong><\/p>\n

Investment in Faisal Town can also be potentially rewarding because important developments are expected here. As announced earlier, property possession in Faisal Town Block B will be granted in June 2019. Please note, possession available in Block A.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, development work is soon to start in Block C, booking for which was announced two months ago. This will push rates up. Development work is to kick off in Block C, which was launched two months ago.<\/p>\n

Block C was expected to make some movement in the market as it featured 5-marla residential plots, a size not offered in the other two blocks. But due to high rates offered, there was little change in activity.<\/p>\n

Capital Smart City<\/strong><\/p>\n

Development work is underway in this project, while its official launch is expected soon. Before the details on the official launch are released, an important announcement is expected. The announcement will be followed by a thorough advertisement campaign on all related mediums.<\/p>\n

Capital Smart City has become the most potentially rewarding and thus attractive society for the investors looking at this part of the twin cities. Due to important decisions underway, the society has temporarily shut down booking of plots. But for interested buyers, plot files here are available in the secondary market.<\/p>\n

This is essentially an advertisement campaign. Official booking has temporarily been shut down, and plots only available in the resale.<\/p>\n
