Development, possession, and land acquisition<\/strong><\/p>\n According to Hassan Basra of Kings Real Estate, the most exciting news from Master City Gujranwala is that land acquisition issues that had existed in Blocks C and D have all been resolved. This is a fantastic news for anyone who was awaiting their possession in either of these blocks because this means that possession in these areas is going to be available soon.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, development has been taking place and is nearing completion in Block B and possession can be expected there as well.<\/p>\n Finally, the bridge connecting Master City to the main road which was previously one-way but is in the process of being dualised, has also neared completion.<\/p>\n Investor cutting; overseas block balloting<\/strong><\/p>\n A new cutting of 5-marla, 10-marla plots have also been announced that is available on investor\u2019s quota. According to Zunair Jamshed of Z.J Real Estate, you can also consider investment in the Overseas Block where balloting is to take place soon and plot numbers will be assigned. He said that it will be a long-term investment, but the margin for returns is high and the first jump when it comes \u2013 as it soon will \u2013 will be around PKR 1 million for the 10-marla plots.<\/p>\n Moreover, according to Basra, the prices of plots have been consistently increasing at a rate of around PKR 20,000\u2014 PKR 25,000 per marla each month during the entire past year. As a result, around PKR 500,000 to PKR 1,000,000 have been added to the prices of the 10-marla plots. Zunair offered a similar analysis and added that the optimum period for investment may be around three years, though the plot prices appreciate well on an annual basis.
