Market and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yasir was extremely excited about the amount of activity that has been taking place ever since the gas connection was announced. He said that ever since the gas connection has been announced, the number of people looking for a home in Bismillah Housing have jumped significantly. The prices have seen an increase as well. The prospects are really good for both genuine buyers and investors. Genuine buyers, Yasir explained, can go for a plot in Blocks A, B, or C where the gas is going to be available first and the place is already 100% developed.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, if you are an investor looking for a good short-term investment, Yasir recommended Bilal Block, Haider Block, Ali Block and Jinnah Block. These are places where development is taking place and will be completed soon. Yasir estimated that a jump of at least 70,000\u201480,000 per marla can be expected in each of these blocks for 5-marla plots in a few months as the development there is completed or possession becomes available.<\/p>\n
