The authority extended the last date<\/a> to submit application forms for 10-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential plots and 4-marla and 8-marla commercial plots from December 11 to December 19 on the demand of interested applicants.<\/p>\n

The launch of new plots offered on a three-year payment plan has also pushed the demand up for 10-marla and 1-kanal plot files. Followed by the rise in demand, the market rate of these files has also gone up. Not to mention that similar activity was reported when DHA Gujranwala launched 5-marla plots in December 2017.<\/p>\n

DHA Multan<\/strong><\/p>\n

DHA Multan has made property value around Bosan Road and Matital Road altogether more attractive for the upcoming developers. The fact remains that no project in the city is match for the DHA when it comes to offering the chic lifestyle amenities. And that\u2019s not the only reason behind the current high demand; DHA Multan is looking to hold a ballot for allocating plot numbers to the files somewhere in the start of next year.
