The current rate of a 10-marla plot in Phase IX is only one third of its optimum market value. By the time society grants possession here, plot value should easily be over PKR 14 million.<\/p>\n<p>1-kanal residential plots<\/p>\n<p>The year started off with a downward trend in prices but that couldn\u2019t last past the first half. In fact, the price rise seen during the second half appear more stable and consistent. The current rate of a 1-kanal plot in Phase IX is lower by 40% than its optimum. In the next less than five years, prices here can fill this gap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-kanal residential plots<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The performance of this plot category has also been quite interesting to look at; the rates started to increase at impressively in the second quarter and took a downward path from the start of the third quarter.
