The year started off with a downward trend in prices but that couldn\u2019t last past the first half. In fact, the price rise seen during the second half appear more stable and consistent. And since the rates currently are lower than the peak rate recorded in July 2017, the rates are expected to go up until another a new peak is touched;<\/p>\n

The performance of this plot category has also been quite interesting to look at; the rates started to increase at impressively in the second quarter and took a downward path from the start of the third quarter.
