While travelling from Kalam in Swat Valley to a bazaar in Utrar, a small town in KPK, you can hire a shared taxi, the cost of which is PKR 400-500 per person. However, from Utrar Bazaar to Thall, you need to take a 4X4 Jeep, which will also be shared by other passengers, costing you PKR 1,000 per person. Finally, to get to your destination, you have to hire a jeep; this time a private one with a driver that will cost you somewhere around PKR 4,000-6,000.
