Mr. Durrani also served as the CEO of National Trust for Population Welfare and has an experience of working with many National and International NGOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Second Episode \u2013 Zaighum Rizvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Zaighum Rizvi appeared in the second installment of Zameen Interviews web series. He has held various significant positions in many public\/private sector companies. Mr. Rizvi also served as an Advisor to the State Bank of Pakistan and as CEO of the House Building Finance Corporation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third Episode \u2013 Mehmood-ur-Rashid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key political figure, Mian Mehmood-ur-Rashid, sat down with Zameen.com and talked about the Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme. He significantly supports and appears to be quite optimistic about the completion of NPHS while sharing his expert real estate advice. He also has an experience of serving twice as Mayor of Lahore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fourth Episode \u2013 Imran Ali Khan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest episode of Zameen Interviews features Mr. Imran Ali Khan, who is the CEO of Emerging Markets Property Group (EMPG), which oversees a number of property portals across the world, and co-founder of Zameen.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his interview, Mr. Khan enlightened the audience with his expert opinion on the latest real estate reforms and developments undertaken by the incumbent government. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Khan, while expressing his optimistic approach on Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme, said,<em> \u201cIf they manage to build 1 million houses in 5 years that would be a good start.\u201d<\/em> He also emphasized on the depoliticization of the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;If a department fails in any company or any government, it fails because it neither has a system nor a process,&#8221;<\/em> Mr. Khan explained. <em>&#8220;I personally feel e-governance should be greatly invested in. It will bring transparency, which everyone will be able to witness. If someone is submitting an application or a complaint, you can see the entire process.
