The Zameen Business Connect event returned to Lahore\nwith another successful episode. Zameen.com organised the event at the Grand\nOrchid Marquee on January 22. A significant number of real estate stakeholders\nattended the event, while several company officials addressed the audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being one of the regular real estate events in Lahore,\nthis latest iteration proved that Business Connect remains an attractive\nproposition for the local real estate circles. Like its previous versions, this\nyear\u2019s event also highlighted the Zameen Affiliates Programme, along with drawing attention to the\nLahore Development Authority (LDA)\u2019s flagship project LDA City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Aim of Zameen Business Connect\nEvents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zameen.com has conducted the Business Connect initiative in major cities across the country, as well as taking it to smaller cities like Daska. While the event provides a chance for local real estate agents and experts to gather under one roof and develop reliable connections, its main aim is to create awareness about the Zameen Affiliates Programme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Process of Joining Zameen Affiliates Programme\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To provide maximum convenience to those interested, Zameen.com has designed a fairly easy process for joining its Affiliates Programme. Moreover, potential affiliates don\u2019t even require extensive knowledge of the real estate market for this purpose either. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To join the programme, the company requires\nthe individual to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Once the agreement has\nbeen finalised, the individuals gain the status of affiliates, and the express\npermission of Zameen.com to promote and sell their inventory.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Business Connect events,\nattending affiliates can gain knowledge on project inventories available for\nselling. On the other hand, to prevent confusion of any sorts, the company\nsends a \u2018Schedule of Commissions\u2019 to the registered persons. This schedule\nreveals the commission respective to each project available for promotion and\nselling since the amount varies for each one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zameen Business\nConnect Lahore<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The company has successfully arranged a number of Business Connect sessions in Lahore. Like its previous iterations, this event was no different; as it obtained a good response from the local property agents. Around 200 affiliates were present at the occasion, which was held at the beautiful venue of Grand Orchid Marquee. As is the tradition, the session gave detailed information about the Affiliates Programme \u2014 discussing its history and benefits. In addition, this year\u2019s event highlighted the LDA City project<\/a>; detailing its merits and various perks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manager Affiliates Network Agha Sultan led\nthe orientation section. Other speakers at the event included Regional Manager Muhammad\nHassan, Zonal Manager Ali Khan, Director Sales Basil Hafeez, Associate Director\nAffiliates Network Farhat Nawaz, and Senior Director Sales Chaudhry Laeeq\nIftikhar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the orientation, Mr Agha Sultan\nintroduced the Zameen\nAffiliates Programme and discussed how the property agents could benefit\nfrom it, as well as the initiative\u2019s success so far in different cities across\nthe country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, other Zameen officials\ninformed the audience about the project inventories available for selling \u2014 particularly\nfocusing on the session\u2019s highlighted project. They also discussed the\ncommissions expected from each sale, and other relevant information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded with refreshments for\nall visitors, along with exclusive goody bags distributed among the attendees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
