Well with a budget of 8million, which dha (3,4,5) sector file have more chances of conversion in to a possession able plot. Dha -4 a,b&c were in this budget about few months back but now they are expensive. I want to go for partial or near to possession plot in any sector of dha in rwp/isb.
In your budget you can go for Dha phase 3 Sector A 5.33 marla plot in range of 65 lakhs or Dha phase 5 sector F 8 marla plot in bracket of 80-85 lakhs.
I am only interested in 1 kanal plot amd sofar search indicates foe possession its DHA3- ex pindi rawat area is within budget.
For non-possesion its very tricky as dha is hardbto predict and damn slow.
