30 lac investment in islamabad zone 2 or zone 5?

Which of the following is best option for investment 03 years span:
B-17 (zone 2)
Top city (zone 2)
Mumtaz city (zone 2)
Gulberg (zone 5)
Jinnah gardens, river view, etc (zone 5)

Zone-II

D-17.D-18 & B-17

Prices are really down in B-17, go for it

I was there last weekend, Punjab colleges group/Dunya TV etc university construction started in Block B , opposite Block A

For investment point of view, I think TC and Faisal Town are good in Zone-II.

DHA Valley in Zone-V could give surprising return in 2 to 3 years time frame.

I would suggest one kanal plot in E-17 CDA sector under Cabinet Society. For 30 lakhs you will not find level plot but if you increase the budget by 4 to 5 lakhs you can find a level plot.
