There is a news published on zameen.Com informing that cda has reduced 'charges on the construction of additional storeys in all city markets by 50%, a news source reported on august 22.'
Does this apply to commercial plots in top city-1 and mumtaz city? Any news whether, under the construction package, builders can build additional storeys on commercial plots?

This facility is being provided only to Markaz commercials and not for class 3 commercials.
Apart from Marakazes, other big plazas are also under new laws of additional floors but for owners, additional parking must be assured b4 starting the construction.
Still summary has not been presented to PM for final approval as consultant will be hired to further regulate the proposal.
Still not clear whether or not it is applicable beyond CDA proper sectors. I mean beyond sector 17.
Another good news is: Now any housing society having certain met conditions, can make flyover/underpass on any highway, even on motorway, but after having done that crossing, flyover/underpass will go to NHA but maintenance will be on the custodian society.
