I'm living in USA, I saw an add for a selling house, the sale price is 1 crore and 27 lac, 11 marla, double story and Double Separate Unit, in Bahria Phase 2, do you think the price is fine...
Current price should be around one crore.
Bahria Town phase 2 is probably the most expensive and most developed phase out of 1-6. Price does seem about right although there maybe room for slight negotiation.
