Any respected member can review airport green garden? Is it a good idea to invest for 2-3 years for a small investor? Any known issues about the society or the developer?
I think this is the society behind Top City.
Prices are high compared to location...32 lacs for 5 Marla.
I think you should look for some other option.
Well i purchased an ADC 5 marla file @24 lac. Later, The prices have increased a little and it seems a promising society.
The land is clear along with all NOCs. The pace of development will make the difference in near future.
When is this going to number the plot. There is no much advertise for this secoity nor manay dealer are dealing in it.
Good future investment for 3 to 4 years, no issues at all, location is good adjacent to TopCity1 'S block C, direct access from main boulevard.
Recommend for investment.

To me it seems a clean society without any pompous advertisement. Also society keep things inhand and very limit margin for dealers to play around.
As i mentioned Earlier the pace and quality of development will make real difference.
