I would sell it and buy a mini commercial file in Block G of B 17 and hold it for two years…

But I don't want to invest further there. I just want to ask whether holding this plot very close to block E markaz can give how much benefit after 1-2 years?
If the expected growth in price will be enough then I can hold it otherwise better to sell if no further growth expected in 1-2 years.
In my opinion, this is the most you can get it in the next 5 years...
