I am also looking to building a house immediately. I have a plot in bahria phase-8 n block are they are handing over for construction its size is 30x55, i am interested in 35x70 size to built, it there any possibility to exchange the plot 35x70 with 30x55 size and to construct.
Please be specific in your recommendation, i will be taking your word to finalize the project.

For exchanging plots i think you should contact any particular agent of that area who can provide you better details.

Or may be you should contact any one with 35*70 size and ask the very owner of the plot if he/she is willing for exchange the other way which shehryar told you is to get to the concerned agencies of the area. If u want i can provide you with the plot owners or dealers may be.
