Is it possible to get a 10 marla plot in bahria phase 8 and than construct 5 marla two houses on it.
Will bahria allow it.
In addition if someone can tell about lowest price ready to construction block?

Bahria do not allow you, you can make a garden/lawn on the 2nd plot and keep one for construction if you have a pair plots.
Please also tell the lowest price (ready to construct) for 5 marla…
Well the lowest price 5 marla livable plot is from 25 lakh to 35 lakh there are cheaper options but in my opinion they are not for construction of house immediately. You can buy two 5 marla pair plot and construct one with house and second as ground.
