I am interested to invest 5 million in bahria phase 8 for max return in 3 years. Please advice best block for on ground plot in this budget. Looking for height location, no filling, close to expressway.

You may have following two options in Bahria Town Phase-8 near expressway within ur budget:
1- One Kanal plot in P Block
2- One ten marla plot in H or I Block & One 5-Marla plot in M Block.
Agree with Irfan sab and you can add 5 marla overseas sector 5 and other hand L block 5 marla.
