I need an advice on whether to buy 10 marla plot in bahria sikandar block or 1 kanal in awt phase 2, from both investment and building-a-house perspective.
I have budget of 6-7.5m.
I am well familiar with bahria but don't know much about awt-2, are there any downsides of it?
Development standard of bahria is better but sikander block is not that great.
Better to buy a 10 marla best plot in D block in 6 million in awt ph 2 for investment and living instead of sikander 10 marla or bad kanal in awt ph 2 in this budget
Also if you want to built home in 5 years sui gas ph 2 kanal without posession can be considered
If you want good living and can relax with knowing sikander is not
