A friend of mine is looking for buying 125 yds plot for residence but want to apply possession after 4 or 5 years.
Please suggest good precincts, budget is around 20 lacs.
Although he was focused on precinct 15-b at first but found some parts of it is under litigation, please suggest if it is alright to buy property there.
