Well this is going to be a new world in Real Estate, Bahria is going to make it successful by all means, it is going to be a land mark A new Pakistan, am quite sure about that.
It won't impact much in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, but still people will invest heavily in Karachi Project while living in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

What should Opal and Hoshang members do? Is it better to go for commercial plot or Apartment in Bahria Town Karachi or wait for Hoshang or Opal keeping in mind that prices in Hoshang and Opal will be hgher than Bahria Town Karachi?
Bought bahria old forms 2 in number for 184000,in the morning at one point rate went up above 2 lakh,went to phase 7 ,market was at full swing,rate come down after midday,till mu purchase @ 1800,it was 184000 ,one will keep for my self and second for trading
