I can see P block 10 Marla under 35 lakh. Is it safe investment? What are other safe blocks?
Bahria Phase 8 F block can be really good investment.Considering all the facilities there it is going to go up really well.Gulberg does not provides facilities as good as bahria.This is my humble advice
