Its best to invest in JINNAH GARDEN PHASE-1 (ADJACENT TO PWD- BAHRIA TOWN-PAKISTAN TOWN) 30X60 NOW GET PAIR ON GROUND PLOTS 19-20 EACH WITH POSSESSION , UNDER GROUND ELECTRICITY , MIN. 40 FEETS WIDE ROAD SIZE , ECONOMICAL PRICE AS SIZE ALSO GOOD
Unsure due to small time frame. Possibly Bahria ENCLAVE PHS2...Plenty of scope there!
If you can increase time frame to 2-3 years, there are plenty of options available...Top City, Mumtaz City, CDECHS, B-17 Multi E block, Bahria Phs 8 etc...list goes on!
BE2 would be better for this time frame, for the rest prices already gone too high, you need to wait for some time 2-3 years etc.
As for as a middle class person who live or do work in rwp/isbd JINNAH GARDEN is cheapest n the best to make home
I would suggest buy a small plot in PWD which is quiet better than Jinnah Garden.
For long term B 17 is the best as it will give returns just like E 11. No other society had given return on investment better than E11 multi. Now it’s time for B 17. For shorter time Wapda town, awt ,top city and PECHS are the best.
