I want to make about 30 lac invest in islamabad/rawalpindi real estate. Need some suggestions about the available options, i will prefer to invest in commercial property. However i will also consider residential. I can wait for long term to get profit. And i will also like to get some monthly rent (after i built shop/home etc).
