Best Options in Islamabad for 2 years

What is best option to invest in Islamabad for 2 years time. Investment Range is 5-6 Million.

In plots you can invest in G-14 and E-12 and in Commercial shops in G sector Islamabad are good option which will give you monthly rental income as well.

Dear kamran i agree with mr waqar G-14 is a good option for investment specially those sectors in which possession is not ready. Other then G-14 F-15 and F-16 are good options for investment purpose if you want an investment for one or two years. according to predictions it will approximately double your investment.

One Thing Else in F-15 they have developed more then 60 percent area and possession had been handed over so for investment purpose non possession area of F-15 is very charming as within two months possession will be ready there INSHALLAH.

What i can get in F-15 non possession area for 3M?

you can get a 40 x 80 plot in F-15/1 and you have to wait for 3 months only for possession.

Syed sahab, Tell me the options available in F-15/1. Plot must be leveled, I prefer corner. I visited there today to evaluae an option but plot is not in very good area.

I would be interested in 40 x 80, can you share some options.

No doubt people are grtting some margins in F-15 but it is a very high risk investment plus is a verly low quality development. Only those people are favoring F-15 who have already invested in F-15 and now they are not getting good deals. I dont understand why Mr. Ibrahim is only favoring F-15 in whole Islamabad. i think he has already invested alot in F-15 and is very desprate to convince others. Sorry but I am very straightforward

Sources in the CDA revealed that M/s Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society and M/s Tele Town Private Limited have not submitted the required documents to the Authority, therefore the concerned directorate has recommended cancellation of the preliminary scrutiny certificate to the higher authorities of the civic body.

The sources said that for submission of the required documents, the CDA provided them a proper time but both the builders had not submitted the documents within the stipulated time.

The Authority has fixed four stages for the approval of the housing scheme.

First of all, the builder has to approve the layout plan of the housing scheme and then approval of the engineering design. Third stage is the issuance of NOC by the CDA and finally, the builder has to submit the completion certificate of the development work of roads and other services to the civic body.

First of All here we doot need to get personal. We here discuss all availale options to help each other. There are pro & cons of every sector/society. I think 2-3 time is very little time for real estate investment. So we should invest the money intwo three sectors. G-14/3,B-17,Gulberg,F-17 and G-15 are good options. Few streets of F-15 is really good but moof the area is not leveled. ny point of view if some one want to invest than G-14/3 is best option but it all depends on availble investment amount.
