Zone 2 - Plot must be Fully DEVELOPED AND READY FOR CONSTRUCTION!
Price range: 15 lakhs or less (15 lakh is absolute maximum)
I want to buy a plot (roughly 7-10 marla) in Zone 2 Islamabad. I want a plot that is fully developed and would be ideal for personal living, as i plan to build a house for personal use, something within the next 12 months.
I have already been recommended multiple societies by different people so at the moment I am nothing the wiser as clearly have already bought plots but these are still files so unable to construct a house. (i.e mumtaz city, green city, university town, top city etc...)
I would prefer PECHS, however, it seems a little overpriced and K Block is cheap, but its not developed yet...So what would be the other options...I want something that has good road links.
So is their any other society in Zone 2, other than PECHS that is fully developed with possession? Is AWT an option?
