Best Place to Invest for Future

Hi,

I would like to invest 30 to 40 lac on installments with some down payment if require on plot (residential or commercial) in Islamabad but I have no idea which area is the best to invest, who and which property is legal/good to buy, if they have all documents available and if it is hassle free. Can anyone guide me through. I am living abroad therefore I really need some proper and honest guidance.

In this budget I think if you are interested in going for a place with a high development standard; one kanal piece of land then your choice should be Bahria Town in Zone v or Multi Professional B-17 in zone II.

If you are looking far into the future and want a bigger piece of land, then perhaps you can go for PECHS. If you want to live there, you should not mind the noise of aeroplanes landing and taking off all night!
