Spanish economy is improving. The property that you buy is for you. There are people from all over the wold buying properties now because it is cheaper. Spain is a safe country to invest.

1=how much amount is needed in u.s dollars ,in order to get a permanent residency permit?
2=What about the the family , i mean spouse and kids are covered under the investment scheme for residency permit?
3=What about jobs or work permit issues under the investment scheme?... Bcz in U.A.E ,you have to invest above a million Emirati Dirham plus you have to show monthly income inflow to uae above 10000 dirhams...
4=What about professionals,doc/Eng/IT/etc ..?will they be required professional licence exam to work or practice in their relevant fields??
