And how is dha phase 2 to buy house to live with family, iam asking this question because its very quite and grocery shops are there ?

Sir both has its own pros and cons..
If you want a shashkay wali living then you can go to bahria else for quite and peaceful living dha 2 is the best option.
Bahria has an added advantage of electricity back up but i think i can not go like this for ever..
