Buying property in blue world city

I need your guidance regarding blue world city islamabad project, its legal status & all nocs etc. I am a govt.Employee & want to buy one or two plots of 5 or 8 marla on installments. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

as far as I know about the Blue World city, the draw back seems the location, even if the RRR is built and Blue World gets feasible access to RRR.

Keep in mind that RDA is quite strict these days with issuance of NOCs. Also NOC is not something that can be obtained in a short time as it may take up to years. When you get the NOC, the prices will not be the same. Capital Smart City has the NOC but they are charging 20 lac approx for 5 Marla excluding the development charges.

I have talked to a few people who have some details about the Blue World City, according to them the planning permission has been granted to Blue World City can proceed and advertise their project without Objection from the RDA. The next step is to go for NOC, no one knows when and how that will be obtained.

Some high profiles societies like Bahria Enclave and Ghauri Town also dont have any NOC for time being and are considered as illegal by CDA. Still Bahria Enclave have 5 marla plots in some sectors going for 60+ lac in cash.

Chakri and Adyala area has a good future. Blue World City is quite cheap but not sure when and how they will deliver even 10% of what they have promised. Try to look into Al-Haram City in that area. As per my limited knowledge, only Al-Haram city on Chakri Road has some partial NOC while all others are either in process or never try to get the NOC.

DHA valley is among very interesting cases, seems like a strip tease from Bahria + DHA towards the investors, so much on the offer but so little in the hand.

My knowledge about DHA valley is very limited to none. Anyways, I would suggest to contact Abdul Qayyum sb or Nadeem sb on this forum, they have very good insights and details about BT and DHA valley to guide you.
