I want to know about sector F-15. Is it a CDA sector? is it developed already? And above all, is it good for investment?
I shall appreciate any sincere advise, as I have no knowledge whatsoever about it and I do not reside in Islamabad.

Sector F-15 is a CDA sector but CDA is not developing it. Jamu kashmir housing society is developing sector G-15 F-15 and F-16. After complete development CDA will take over maintenance of all public places only like parks road etc.
Almost more then 50 percent sector is already developed a major area of sector F-15/1 and a little area of Sector F-15/2. Investment wise sector F-15 is a good sector depends on your budget and decision.
Thank you brother Ibrahim. I actually own a 10 marla plot in G-13/3 and was considering selling it. Would it be better to sell the plot and invest in a house elsewhere, maybe in Lahore, so that I can start getting some rent.
