How about investing in small size flat, 2 bed, in main sectors of Islamabad against buying a plot?
I did the same a year back. I bought a flat in g-11/3 for 32.5, its current price is 35. whereas at that time the price of 30X60 in E-12 was 21 lac which is 32 now. So I regret my decision. Although I earned 2 lac as rental income but still I wish i had bought a plot. So I would recommend a plot in E-12 or even in G-14.
